通过对化工技术区级教学团队建设的实践经验总结，从多方面提出了教学团队建设的基本要求，包括师资队伍素质、结构，教师理论、实践技能培养。创新教学方法、完善教学手段，团队专业建设。课程建设与教学改革．实训基地建设，提高教科研及为企业提供技术服务和培训等。分析化工技术教学团队目前存在的主要问题及原因，提出教学团队建设的有关建议及措施。

Based on the building experience of the autonomous region--level chemical technology teaching team, this paper put forward the basic requirements from the aspects of the construction of the teaching team, including the quality of teachers, structure, teachers＇ theory, practical skills training, the innovation of teaching methods, improving teaching means, professional construction of the team, course construction and teaching reform, construction of training base, improvement of teaching scientific research and to provide technical services and training for enterprise etc. And analysed the main question and reason of chemical technology teaching team at present existence,then put forward suggestions and measures.
