Teachers play an important role in determining the teaching quality and serve as the backbone for the development of the school. Teachers in rural schools are lack of the sense of belonging, which affects their teaching effects, teaching schedule and the stabilization of the teaching teams in rural schools. The teachers' lack of sense of belonging is caused by the deficiency of national policy, poor management of the schools and low quality of the teachers. The sense of belonging of the teachers in rural schools can be constructed by perfecting the national policy guarantee,creating good working environment and advancing the accomplishments of the teachers.
