利用腐植酸树脂进行高盐水样中铅的吸附富集,洗脱后采用原子荧光法测定铅含量,试验结果表明,该方法富集过程中样品中的干扰物质均被排出,在优选条件下分析,回收率达到了90.0%~97.0%。

Using Humic acid resin to enrich and elute the lead in brine samples,and dertermined the content of lead by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The result was satisfactory.Sample interfering substances are discharged effectively in enrichment process.Under the optimal analytical conditions,the detection recovery rate reaches 90.0%~97.0%.
