采用逐级降温程序模拟冰冻处理技术测定含笑、乐昌含笑、深山含笑3种含笑属植物离体叶片的相对电导率和可溶性蛋白含量,并用Logistic方程计算其半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明:(1)3种植物的耐低温能力存在着显著差异,随着温度的降低,叶片电导率总体上呈S形曲线变化;采用Logistic方程计算3种植物的耐寒半致死温度(LT50),得出3种植物的耐寒强弱次序为含笑(–39.2℃),乐昌含笑(–32.9℃),深山含笑(–31.0℃)。(2)随着低温处理时间的延长,3种植物叶片蛋白质含量呈现上升趋势。

Electric conductivities and Soluble protein content of excised-leaves of 3 plants of Michelia were measured and lethal temperature 50(LT50) were calculated under the simulated freezing treatment.The results as following(1)The low temperature tolerance ability of the 3 species had a significant difference,and the freezing resistance from strong to weak was Michelia figo,Michelia maudiae,Michelia chapensls.The relative electrical conductivity of the 3 species increased gradually as temperature dropped,and showed a S-shape curve generally;LT50 values of the 3 species were –39.2℃,–32.9℃,–31.0℃ which respectively calculated by programs of Logistic equation.(2)With the low-temperature processing of 3 kinds of plant leaves protein content on the rise.
