为了提高电力线载波通信系统对抗恶劣信道环境的能力,设计了适用于正交频分复用(OFDM)电力线载波通信系统的前导序列结构,基于此结构提出了一种新的定时同步方法和模式识别方法。MATLAB仿真表明,该定时同步方法可明显提升电力线载波通信系统在恶劣环境下的系统性能,与传统定时同步方法相比,定时同步偏差均值和方差都具有优势,所提出的模式识别方法也可准确识别低信噪比下的系统工作模式。

A preamble structure for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) based power line c'arrier communication system is designed in order to improve its ability to provide robust communication in hostile power line channel. Based on the structure, a new timing synchronization algorithm and a mode identification scheme are proposed. MATLAB simLllation shows that the proposed timing synchronization approach can provide more competitive timing offset mean and variance than those of traditional methods even in extremely harsh power line channel. Different system operation modes can also be identified unambiguously in lower signal noise ratios with the proposed mode identification.
