根据新型直线电机运输系统的需求,设计出了一种具两级降压结构的新型开关电源。给出了系统主电路结构、器件选型过程、控制系统与控制策略、保护逻辑以及仿真模型。针对网侧存在的短时脱弓现象,提出了相应预防措施。最后通过实验证实,该系统工作稳定,性能良好,完全满足新型直线电机运输系统的要求。
根據新型直線電機運輸繫統的需求,設計齣瞭一種具兩級降壓結構的新型開關電源。給齣瞭繫統主電路結構、器件選型過程、控製繫統與控製策略、保護邏輯以及倣真模型。針對網側存在的短時脫弓現象,提齣瞭相應預防措施。最後通過實驗證實,該繫統工作穩定,性能良好,完全滿足新型直線電機運輸繫統的要求。

According to the needs of the Novel Linear Motor Transport System, a new kind of switching power supply is designed,which contains a two-stage step-down structure. The paper presents the structure of the main circuit, the process of device selection, the control system and strategy,' the protection logic,the simulation model and also the solution against the problem of short-time power failure. The result of the experiments showed that the switching power supply has good performance and stability which fully meet the requirements of the New Linear Motor Transport System.
