为了提高大型干熄焦炉的寿命,了解其损坏的机理,对武钢某干熄焦炉用莫来石砖的性能与结构,特别是耐磨损性能进行了分析。结果表明:莫来石砖的体积密度为2.43 g/cm3,气孔率为18.12%,抗压强度为69.55 MPa,磨损量为32.12 cm3/h;莫来石砖内封闭气孔多,基质烧结不致密,导致使用时基质先被磨损掉而后骨料被磨损。改善干熄焦炉用莫来石砖的耐磨损性能对于提高其使用寿命具有重要意义。

For increasing the service life of large scale of dry cooling coke furnaces and understanding the damage mechanism of lining,the structure and properties especially as wear-resistance property of mullite brick used in dry cooling coke furnace was ana-lyzed.The results showed that the cold compressive strength of mullite brick is 6 9 .5 5 MPa,the bulk density is 2.43 g/cm3 ,the apparent porosity is 18.12 %,and the wear loss is 32.12 cm3/h.The quantity of closed pore in mullite brick was much and the sin-tering matrix was not dense,which caused the matrix to be more easily been abrased than the aggregate.So it is very important to improve the wear resistance property of the mullite brick,which can increase the service life of dry cooling coke furnaces.
