丝裂原活化蛋白激酶磷酸酶-1(mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1,MKP-1)作为生物体内重要的信号转导系统-丝裂原活化蛋白激酶系统(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)去磷酸化的重要调节者,在包括神经系统的各种生物学系统中发挥重要作用。该文对MKP-1的生物学活性、调控以及在神经系统中的作用进行综述,以期为MKP-1作为药理学靶点的相关研究提供参考。
絲裂原活化蛋白激酶燐痠酶-1(mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1,MKP-1)作為生物體內重要的信號轉導繫統-絲裂原活化蛋白激酶繫統(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)去燐痠化的重要調節者,在包括神經繫統的各種生物學繫統中髮揮重要作用。該文對MKP-1的生物學活性、調控以及在神經繫統中的作用進行綜述,以期為MKP-1作為藥理學靶點的相關研究提供參攷。

As a major regulator of dephosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs)which are important signal transduction pathways in organisms, mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1(MKP-1)plays a crucial role in various biological systems, including nervous system. This paper summarized the biological activity, regulation, new results and progress of MKP-1 in recent years, with a focus on the central nervous system. We proposed that MKP-1 is a drug target for future pharmacological research.
