以漳州市、泉州市、龙岩市、三明市以及莆田市257个样本林区农户的调查数据为基础，通过C-D生产函数测算得出：不同的生产要素对林区农业的产出贡献率不一样，由高到低，依次是农地、农药、化肥、柴油、农膜、劳动力；并在此基础上分析了福建省林区农户农地利用行为，进而提出相应的对策。

The paper based on the theory of low-carbon economy , farmer behavior and sustainable ag-riculture development to study the behavior of agricultural land utilization by means of the C -D produc-tion model , the data from 257 sample forest farmers of Zhangzhou , Longyan , Sanming , Putian and so on four cities . Though the C-D production function is calculated that different production factors contribution to agricultural output ratio is different , from high to low is the land , pesticide , chemical fertilizer, diesel oil, plastic sheeting and labor .On this basis, this paper puts forward the corre-sponding countermeasure proposal to realize farmland use change to the “low” and “economic” di-rection.
