基于2012年云南省10个样本县499户农户样本数据，从林区建设的视角分析集体林权制度改革的绩效；从山林纠纷调处、基层林业队伍建设、林业服务体系三个方面，用客观数据描述性分析来评价集体林权制度安排的客观绩效，并提出促进林区和谐稳定建设的对策。
基于2012年雲南省10箇樣本縣499戶農戶樣本數據，從林區建設的視角分析集體林權製度改革的績效；從山林糾紛調處、基層林業隊伍建設、林業服務體繫三箇方麵，用客觀數據描述性分析來評價集體林權製度安排的客觀績效，併提齣促進林區和諧穩定建設的對策。

Based on the analysis of 10 counties 499 farmers survey data of 2012 in Yunnan province , from the perspective of forest construction about the performance evaluation of collective forest reform . From three aspects which are forest disputes mediation , forestry team construction and forestry service system , the objective performance with descriptive statistical analysis of objective data to evaluate the collective forest right system arrangement , and put forward some countermeasures to promote the con-struction of the harmonious stability of the forest .
