当前社会工作专业课程体系设置普遍存在忽视学生需求、缺乏个性化教育、课程结构不合理及改革环境受限等问题。对其改革应以“学生-社会需求”为导向,回应本土化需求,推行个性化教育,提升社会工作专业毕业生的职业岗位能力,并积极推动课程教学方法改革。
噹前社會工作專業課程體繫設置普遍存在忽視學生需求、缺乏箇性化教育、課程結構不閤理及改革環境受限等問題。對其改革應以“學生-社會需求”為導嚮,迴應本土化需求,推行箇性化教育,提升社會工作專業畢業生的職業崗位能力,併積極推動課程教學方法改革。
당전사회공작전업과정체계설치보편존재홀시학생수구、결핍개성화교육、과정결구불합리급개혁배경수한등문제。대기개혁응이“학생-사회수구”위도향,회응본토화수구,추행개성화교육,제승사회공작전업필업생적직업강위능력,병적겁추동과정교학방법개혁。
Ignoring the students’needs,lacking individualized education,having unreasonable curriculum structure, and being limited by the environment,these are the problems in the current construction of curriculum system in the field of social work. We should reform it by the orientation of student & society needs,response the localization needs,carry out individualized education,promote the professional -position ability of social work graduates,and promote the reform of the teaching method actively.
