结合高职教育发展的趋势,根据《食品营养学》课程的特点,基于工作岗位任职要求,从课程定位、教学内容、教学方法、教学资源、考核方式等方面探讨了《食品营养学》课程改革的措施。实践表明,正确的课程定位,以工作任务为载体、项目为导向的教学模式,灵活多样的教学手段、教学方法,丰富的教学资源和多样化的考核方式,明显提高了教学效果。
結閤高職教育髮展的趨勢,根據《食品營養學》課程的特點,基于工作崗位任職要求,從課程定位、教學內容、教學方法、教學資源、攷覈方式等方麵探討瞭《食品營養學》課程改革的措施。實踐錶明,正確的課程定位,以工作任務為載體、項目為導嚮的教學模式,靈活多樣的教學手段、教學方法,豐富的教學資源和多樣化的攷覈方式,明顯提高瞭教學效果。
결합고직교육발전적추세,근거《식품영양학》과정적특점,기우공작강위임직요구,종과정정위、교학내용、교학방법、교학자원、고핵방식등방면탐토료《식품영양학》과정개혁적조시。실천표명,정학적과정정위,이공작임무위재체、항목위도향적교학모식,령활다양적교학수단、교학방법,봉부적교학자원화다양화적고핵방식,명현제고료교학효과。
According to the development of higher vocational education,the characteristics of“Food Nutrition”course,and work requirements,this paper discusses on curriculum reform measures of“Food Nutrition”about course orientation,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching resources,assessment methods and other aspects. Practice shows that:right orientation,task as the carrier and project oriented teaching mode,flexible and diverse teaching methods,rich teaching resources and the diversified evaluation methods can significantly improve the effect of teaching.
