橡胶的物理性能指标和橡胶密度有密不可分的关系，利用橡塑比重仪可以快速测定橡胶的比重，针对测量同块橡胶比重数据不一样的问题，发现测量过程中橡塑比重仪长臂上滑动砝码始终在一位置固定不动，利用密度定义和浮力法验证橡塑比重仪直接读数的结果，并仔细阅读说明书，得到了正确的橡塑比重仪测定方法。
