目的：探讨臭氧灌注配合注射透明质酸钠治疗退行性骨关节炎的疗效。方法纳入膝关节骨关节炎患者120例，随机分为三组，其中对照组A组单纯臭氧灌注治疗、B组单纯透明质酸钠腔内注射治疗，试验组C组臭氧灌注配合透明质酸钠腔内注射，3个疗程后对比三组临床疗效和WOMAC评分。结果临床疗效方面：臭氧灌注配合注射透明质酸钠临床疗效优于其他两组（ P＜0.05）。临床治疗后3个月WOMAC评分：C组明显低于A、B组（P＝0.001），并且三组差异有持续变大的趋势，显示C组改善情况更好。结论臭氧灌注配合注射透明质酸钠治疗退行性骨关节炎有着一定疗效，通过数据分析，对于WOMAC评分的远期改善可能有更好的疗效。
목적：탐토취양관주배합주사투명질산납치료퇴행성골관절염적료효。방법납입슬관절골관절염환자120례，수궤분위삼조，기중대조조A조단순취양관주치료、B조단순투명질산납강내주사치료，시험조C조취양관주배합투명질산납강내주사，3개료정후대비삼조림상료효화WOMAC평분。결과림상료효방면：취양관주배합주사투명질산납림상료효우우기타량조（ P＜0.05）。림상치료후3개월WOMAC평분：C조명현저우A、B조（P＝0.001），병차삼조차이유지속변대적추세，현시C조개선정황경호。결론취양관주배합주사투명질산납치료퇴행성골관절염유착일정료효，통과수거분석，대우WOMAC평분적원기개선가능유경호적료효。
Objective To investigate the effects of the ozone perfusion combined with the sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis .Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups: the two control groups were given the ozone perfusion treatment ( group A ) and the sodium hyaluronate injection treatment ( group B ) respectively;the experimental group ( group C) was given the ozone perfusion combined with the sodium hyaluronate injection treatment .After three courses of treatment , the treatment effects were assessed and the WOMAC scores were compared in the three groups .Results The treatment effects of the ozone perfusion combined with the sodium hyaluronate injection was clearly superior to the other two groups .The WOMAC score of group C was much lower than those of the other two groups , and the differences among the three groups were in a tendency of continous increase .It was concluded that the experimental group had a better improvement .Conclusions The ozone perfusion combined with sodium hyaluronate injection has certain advantages in the treatment of the degenerative osteoarthritis and it may has better effect on the long -term improvement of WOMAC score .
