以H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2为催化剂,丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为反应物料催化合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,并且利用正交实验的方法探究了H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了各种因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在n(n丁醛=0.2mol)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.3,带水剂环己烷的用量为6mL,催化剂H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2的用量为反应物总质量的1.0%,加热回流的反应时间为60min的优化条件下,产品的平均收率可达92.3%.
以H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2為催化劑,丁醛和1,2-丙二醇為反應物料催化閤成丁醛1,2-丙二醇縮醛,併且利用正交實驗的方法探究瞭H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2對縮醛反應的催化活性,較繫統地研究瞭各種因素對產物收率的影響。結果錶明,在n(n丁醛=0.2mol)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.3,帶水劑環己烷的用量為6mL,催化劑H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2的用量為反應物總質量的1.0%,加熱迴流的反應時間為60min的優化條件下,產品的平均收率可達92.3%.

Butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from butyraldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2 .The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out .The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of butyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.3, the quality of catalyst is equal to 1.0% of feed stocks, the dried cyclohexane is 6mL,and the reaction time is 60 min.H6 P2 W18 O62/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesi-zing butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal and its yield can be up to 92.3%.
