高温好氧消化工艺能高效去除城市污泥中的不稳定有机物和病原菌。将高温好氧消化工艺进行改进,探讨中温厌氧-高温好氧串联工艺的处理效果。结果表明,改进工艺的VSS去除率在第15 d能达到40%,已趋于稳定化。改进的工艺污泥上清液中的总氮、总磷和TOC变化趋势与高温好氧消化工艺类似,经历了先上升后下降过程。在达到稳定的第15 d上述指标分别为28 mg/L、1414.3 mg/L和2797.5mg/L。改进工艺在保证处理效果的同时,能够减少曝气量,降低运行费用。

Thermophilic aerobic digestion process( TAD) can effectively remove the unstable organic matters and pathogens.In this paper,TAD was modified into a combined process of mesophilic anaerobic and follow-ing thermophilic aerobic digestion ( MA -TAD ) .The results showed that sludge digested by MA -TAD process can reach stabilization because of the removal rates of volatile suspended solids( VSS) at 40%during 15 d digestion period.Variation of contents of total nitrogen( TN) ,total phosphorus( TP) and total organic car-bon( TOC) in the sludge supernatant in MA-TAD process showed the tends of primary rise and decline after-ward,which was similar with that of TAD.The contents of TN,TP and TOC were 28 mg/L,1 414 .3 mg/L and 2 797.5mg/L,respectively.The conclusion indicated that aeration volume can be saved in improving process system,and production cost would be decreased when sludge was ensured stabilization.
