梅毒螺旋体( Treponema pallidum,Tp)是慢性全身性性传播疾病梅毒的病原体。由于Tp不能持续体外培养,阻碍了对Tp结构及其致病机制的深入研究。目前,Tp( Nicholes株)基因组测序的完成以及分子生物学技术的发展,为Tp的研究提供了机遇。就Tp的遗传物质和致病机制的研究进展进行综述。
梅毒螺鏇體( Treponema pallidum,Tp)是慢性全身性性傳播疾病梅毒的病原體。由于Tp不能持續體外培養,阻礙瞭對Tp結構及其緻病機製的深入研究。目前,Tp( Nicholes株)基因組測序的完成以及分子生物學技術的髮展,為Tp的研究提供瞭機遇。就Tp的遺傳物質和緻病機製的研究進展進行綜述。

Treponema pallidum ( Tp) is the etiologic agent of syphilis which is a systematic transmissible disease. The deeply research on the structures of Tp genome and the pathogenesis of Tp have been met with obstruction due to Tp can not grow in vitro culture. At present, the sequencing of Tp genome ( Nicholes strain) had been completed, and the develop-ments of molecular biological techniques afford the opportunity for further investigating Tp. The advances on the genetic ma-terials and pathogenesis of Tp is brief introduced in this paper.
