对于痢疾、伤寒、副伤寒和霍乱等肠道致病菌引起的肠道传染性疾病,其感染途径相同,感染机制相似,均能诱发肠道局部黏膜免疫反应。预防上述几种传染性疾病的疫苗,传统的评价方法是分析其肠黏膜分泌型IgA抗体水平。随着对上述几种肠道传染性疾病免疫学机制以及对感染者血清抗体水平与其肠黏膜抗体水平之间关系的深入研究,评价疫苗效力的方法逐渐改为测定血清抗体。对上述几种传染性疾病的感染机制以及血清学评价方法进行了综述。
對于痢疾、傷寒、副傷寒和霍亂等腸道緻病菌引起的腸道傳染性疾病,其感染途徑相同,感染機製相似,均能誘髮腸道跼部黏膜免疫反應。預防上述幾種傳染性疾病的疫苗,傳統的評價方法是分析其腸黏膜分泌型IgA抗體水平。隨著對上述幾種腸道傳染性疾病免疫學機製以及對感染者血清抗體水平與其腸黏膜抗體水平之間關繫的深入研究,評價疫苗效力的方法逐漸改為測定血清抗體。對上述幾種傳染性疾病的感染機製以及血清學評價方法進行瞭綜述。

The infection mechanism of dysentery, typhoid, paratyphoid and cholera is similar. They can all induce intesti-nal mucosal immune response. Analysing the mucosal immune antibody level is the traditional evaluation method of these vaccines. However, with the in-depth study of the infection mechanism and the study on the relationship between the muco-sal immune antibody level and serum immune antibody level, people evaluate the effectiveness of corresponding vaccine through determining serum antibody. In this paper, the mechanism of infection of the diseases above and serological evalua-tion methods were reviewed.
