介绍了三种典型接触式板形测量仪的结构组成、测量原理及其校正装置,开发了一套通用板形仪动态模拟标定平台,并给出了使用步骤。实验结果表明,该平台稳定可靠,标定方法实用有效,并可对板形仪进行各种补偿算法测试。
介紹瞭三種典型接觸式闆形測量儀的結構組成、測量原理及其校正裝置,開髮瞭一套通用闆形儀動態模擬標定平檯,併給齣瞭使用步驟。實驗結果錶明,該平檯穩定可靠,標定方法實用有效,併可對闆形儀進行各種補償算法測試。

The paper respectively focused on the components, the measurement principle and the alignment unit of 3 typical contacting shape meters;regarding a set of dynamic simulation calibration platform developed for the general shape meter, it presented the operation steps;based on the experiment, it concluded that the platform was stable and reliable, the calibration method was practical and effective, various compensation algorithms tests can be carried out for the shape meter.
