文章研究了低液位铸造过程中液位高度、石墨内衬温度和冷却水流量对440×1320mm规格3104铝合金铸锭质量的影响。结果表明:控制液位高度使铸模单独冷却距离在20~25mm,确保石墨内衬与结晶器壁贴合严密使石墨内衬温度低于200℃,优化冷却水量使铸锭启铸阶段第一主应力数值从165MPa减小至102MPa,能够获得高表面质量无裂纹铸锭。

Using 3104 aluminum al oy slab in the size of 440mm ×1320mm, the paper studied the influences of liquid level, graphite liner temperature and cooling water flow on slab quality in LHC;It concluded that slab with high surface quality can be available by:keeping the distance for die independent cooling from 20mm to 25mm via level control, keeping graphite liner temperature below 200℃ via jointing graphite liner with mould wal closely, decreasing the first principal stress from 165Mpa to102Mpa via optimizing cooling water flow at the start of casting.
