为实现在途货运车辆的主动安全性和状态记录，设计一种在途货运车辆实时监测系统。系统采用开源硬件Arduino作为主控制器，利用温湿度等传感器作为感知器件，将SD卡作为系统的存储单元，主控制器与感知器件直接通信完成数据收发。通过实验室以及道路实地测试，结果表明，系统在实现人、车、货全方位多数据集中监测的同时，能够对驾乘人员实时预警并完成单车的数据存储，存储单元能为行车以及事故分析提供数据支持。

In order to achieve active safety and state records of in-transit freight vehicle,a real-time monitoring system for freight vehicles is designed.Arduino is used as a host controller of the system to integrate kinds of sensors,such as temperature and humidity sensors to detect state of driver,vehicle and goods.The SD card is employed as a storage unit of the system.The host controller communicates directly with all sorts of data acquisition devices to send and receive da-ta .Laboratory and field testing results show that the system can achieve data centralized-monito-ring comprehensively including driver,vehicle and goods.Meanwhile real-time alert to driver can be obtained,and the storage unit can provide reliable data to support traffic and accident analysis.
