目前，失地农民可持续发展问题已成为我国最大的社会问题之一。主要存在失地农民社会保障不到位、生活水平有所下降、再就业难度加大、社会隐患增多等问题。可通过采取增强法治思维、建立合理的补偿机制、拓展就业渠道等途径，解决失地农民可持续发展问题。

Currently, sustainable development of landless peasants has become one of China’s biggest social problems. The problems of sustainable development of landless peasants are as follows: absence of social security, lower living standards, difficult re-employment, increasing social risks and so on . In order to solve such problems, legal thinking should be strengthened and reasonable compensation mechanism should be established. Meanwhile, sustainable development of landless peasants relies on increasingly improved social security system and more employment opportunities.
