针对卷圆纸板实际应用特点，通过对冲缺件工艺分析和相关计算，设计了带反侧压装置的卷圆纸板连续冲缺模，阐述了模具相关零件的设计要点和工作原理，较好地解决了模具制造成本、模具寿命、冲裁件质量与生产效率之间的均衡问题。
針對捲圓紙闆實際應用特點，通過對遲缺件工藝分析和相關計算，設計瞭帶反側壓裝置的捲圓紙闆連續遲缺模，闡述瞭模具相關零件的設計要點和工作原理，較好地解決瞭模具製造成本、模具壽命、遲裁件質量與生產效率之間的均衡問題。
침대권원지판실제응용특점，통과대충결건공예분석화상관계산，설계료대반측압장치적권원지판련속충결모，천술료모구상관령건적설계요점화공작원리，교호지해결료모구제조성본、모구수명、충재건질량여생산효솔지간적균형문제。
Based on the application of roll round cardboard , the analysis and calculation of the hedging missing parts process , the continuous piercing die with anti-pressure device for the rolling round cardboard is designed in this paper .The theory of working and design of mold parts is described , which balances the relationship among costs, service life, quality of the blanking and production efficiency .
