对水蒸气蒸溜提取肉桂油的条件进行了探索，并对工业生产线得到的水蒸气蒸馏肉桂油馏出液进行复蒸。结果表明：1600 kg肉桂枝叶，以12 kg/min蒸汽量的水蒸气、蒸馏2.0 h为最佳，所用时间较短，复馏处理量较小，肉桂油提取得率为1.18%。3个批次的复蒸得到的肉桂油均占总得率的60%以上，表明肉桂油芳香水中肉桂油含量相当可观，而且肉桂醛含量高，可高达89.2%。

Cinnamon oil is distilled with steam distillation. Cinnamon oil from industrial production extraction conditions by steam distillation were redistilled.
