《五代墓志汇考》一书对五代墓志做出穷尽性收集整理，对五代研究特别是历史方面的研究提供重要的资料补充，其价值不言而喻。但疏误之处难免，对其存在的误释、漏释、脱文、标点失当等问题略作考案，刊正其失并略呈数例于下，祈请著者及诸方家指教。
《오대묘지회고》일서대오대묘지주출궁진성수집정리，대오대연구특별시역사방면적연구제공중요적자료보충，기개치불언이유。단소오지처난면，대기존재적오석、루석、탈문、표점실당등문제략작고안，간정기실병략정수례우하，기청저자급제방가지교。
The collection of Five Dynasty’s Epitaph has completely compiled the epitaphs during this period, which provides significant reference materials for the study of the Five Dynasty especially the historical research. The value is obvious. However, there are still some oversights. In presenting the misinterpretations and exploring the causes by using examples, the hope is to get more suggestions from the author and the other scholars.
