目的:探讨半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白与急性缺血性脑卒中的关系及临床意义。方法选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者165例为研究对象,无卒中患者100例作对照,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血浆半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白的水平。同时行头颅核磁共振检查计算脑梗死体积大小,按美国国立卫生研究所中风量表(NIHSS评分)进行神经功能缺损程度评估。结果(1)急性缺血性脑卒中组血浆半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白水平1~14d明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)血浆半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白水平随脑梗死体积增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(rs=0.925, P<0.05)(3)血浆半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白水平随神经功能缺损程度增加而呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(rs=0.891, P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者半乳糖凝集素3、S100β蛋白水平显著升高,其升高程度与脑梗死体积相关,与神经功能缺损程度相关。

목적:탐토반유당응집소3、S100β단백여급성결혈성뇌졸중적관계급림상의의。방법선택급성결혈성뇌졸중환자165례위연구대상,무졸중환자100례작대조,채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)검측량조혈장반유당응집소3、S100β단백적수평。동시행두로핵자공진검사계산뇌경사체적대소,안미국국립위생연구소중풍량표(NIHSS평분)진행신경공능결손정도평고。결과(1)급성결혈성뇌졸중조혈장반유당응집소3、S100β단백수평1~14d명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。(2)혈장반유당응집소3、S100β단백수평수뇌경사체적증가이정체증추세,차이유통계학의의(rs=0.925, P<0.05)(3)혈장반유당응집소3、S100β단백수평수신경공능결손정도증가이정체증추세,차이유통계학의의(rs=0.891, P<0.05)。결론급성결혈성뇌졸중환자반유당응집소3、S100β단백수평현저승고,기승고정도여뇌경사체적상관,여신경공능결손정도상관。
Objective To explore the relationship between S-100β-protein, galectin-3 and acute ischemic stroke, and the clinical significance of S-100β-protein and galectin-3 detection. Methods This study belongs to the clinical case-control study. A total of 165 cases suffered with acute ischemic stroke were selected as experimental group, and 100 cases with no stroke as healthy control group. Levels of galectin-3 and S-100β-protein were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The size of infarct volume was calculated by cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),and the degree of neurological deficit was assessed by the U.S. national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS scores). Results (1)The levels of galectin-3 and S-100β-protein were significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group in 1-14d, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).(2)Plasma levels of galectin-3 and S-100β-protein showed an increasing trend with the increasing degree of infarct volume, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Plasma levels of galectin-3 and S-100β-protein showed an increasing trend with the increasing degree of neurological deficit, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The galectin-3 and S-100β-protein levels were significantly increased in patients wih acute ischemic stroke, the elevated degree was associated with the volume of cerebral infarction and the neurological deficits .
