目的:探讨软肝冲剂对大鼠肝纤维化模型的治疗作用。方法:50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、软肝冲剂低剂量组(4g/kg/d)、软肝冲剂高剂量组(8g/kg/d)和鳖甲软肝片组(0.8g/kg/d),每组10只大鼠。40%四氯化碳和40%酒精灌胃制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,各用药组大鼠给予相应药物灌胃8周。分别检测各组大鼠的肝功能,肝纤维化指标层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)和肝组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)的含量。结果:软肝冲剂可明显改善肝纤维化大鼠模型的肝功能,降低LN、HA和肝组织HYP的含量;并且,软肝冲剂高剂量的效果明显优于软肝冲剂低剂量和鳖甲软肝片。结论:软肝冲剂对肝纤维化大鼠模型具有较好的治疗效果,但具体机制尚待进一步研究。
目的:探討軟肝遲劑對大鼠肝纖維化模型的治療作用。方法:50隻雄性Wistar大鼠隨機分為正常對照組、模型組、軟肝遲劑低劑量組(4g/kg/d)、軟肝遲劑高劑量組(8g/kg/d)和鱉甲軟肝片組(0.8g/kg/d),每組10隻大鼠。40%四氯化碳和40%酒精灌胃製備大鼠肝纖維化模型,各用藥組大鼠給予相應藥物灌胃8週。分彆檢測各組大鼠的肝功能,肝纖維化指標層粘連蛋白(LN)、透明質痠(HA)和肝組織羥脯氨痠(HYP)的含量。結果:軟肝遲劑可明顯改善肝纖維化大鼠模型的肝功能,降低LN、HA和肝組織HYP的含量;併且,軟肝遲劑高劑量的效果明顯優于軟肝遲劑低劑量和鱉甲軟肝片。結論:軟肝遲劑對肝纖維化大鼠模型具有較好的治療效果,但具體機製尚待進一步研究。
목적:탐토연간충제대대서간섬유화모형적치료작용。방법:50지웅성Wistar대서수궤분위정상대조조、모형조、연간충제저제량조(4g/kg/d)、연간충제고제량조(8g/kg/d)화별갑연간편조(0.8g/kg/d),매조10지대서。40%사록화탄화40%주정관위제비대서간섬유화모형,각용약조대서급여상응약물관위8주。분별검측각조대서적간공능,간섬유화지표층점련단백(LN)、투명질산(HA)화간조직간포안산(HYP)적함량。결과:연간충제가명현개선간섬유화대서모형적간공능,강저LN、HA화간조직HYP적함량;병차,연간충제고제량적효과명현우우연간충제저제량화별갑연간편。결론:연간충제대간섬유화대서모형구유교호적치료효과,단구체궤제상대진일보연구。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of Ruanganchongji on rat liver ifbrosis model.Methods: 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Ruanganchongji low dose group (4g/kg/d), Ruanganchongji high dose group (8g/kg/d) and Biejiaruanganpian group (0.8g/kg/d), with 10 rats in each group. The rat liver ifbrosis model was established by lavaging 40% carbon tetrachloride and 40% alcohol; then the rats in each drug group were lavaged with corresponding drugs for 8-week. The liver function, liver ifbrosis indexes (laminin and hyaluronic acid) and hydroxyproline content in liver were respectively detected.Results:Ruanganchongji could improve the liver function of liver ifbrosis rat model; reduce the content of laminin, hyaluronic acid, and hydroxyproline content in liver obviously. Moreover, the effects of Ruanganchongji high dose were better than Ruanganchongji low dose and Biejiaruanganpian.Conclusions:Ruanganchongji has better therapeutic effects on liver ifbrosis model rats, but the mechanisms need further study.
