针对可降解生物材料聚乳酸在熔融沉积成型中的成型精度问题,运用唯象分析法,结合聚乳酸的物理特性与快速成型技术,计算聚乳酸快速成型速度参数。采用近似线性加速控制优化算法,对复杂的根号运算作泰勒级数近似法处理,降低对处理器的要求和内存的占用。以PiBot为实验平台,验证了唯象分析计算和近似线性加速理论的正确性和有效性。

According to the polylactic acid biodegradable material applied to fused deposition modeling technology,the mold-ing accuracy problems are studied.The physical properties of polylactic acid with rapid prototyping technology are consid-ered by using the phenomenological analysis method.The speed parameters of the rapid prototyping technology based on PLA are calculated.To reducing the requirements for the processor and memory's occupancy,the complex root calculation is simplified by using the approximating linear ramp algorithms which adopt Taylor series approximation.The validity and ef-fectiveness of the phenomenological analysis calculation and the approximating linear ramp theory is validated by the experi-mental platform of PiBot.
