生物质发电存在燃料成本高,且农民出售秸秆的积极性也不高等问题。提出了一种降低集中式生物质发电厂燃料成本的改进方法,由生物质电厂购买收割机主动帮助农民免费收割,并就地打包运输秸秆,其秸秆归生物质电厂所有。通过成本计算得到,在改进方式下收集稻类秸秆价远低于市场价,利用提高年作业量的方式还可大幅降低生物质发电燃料成本。

Currently,the fuel cost of biomass power is high because of the difficulty of fuel collecting ,peas-ants tend to burning straw rather than supply straw for recycling.Given that,this paper came up with a pro-posal of win-win pattern that biomass power plants offer reapers for peasants to harvest their fields for free and the straw collected was distributed to biomass power plant.The cost price of the way to collect rice straw was much lower than the market price through concrete analysis and study.At the same time,it would reduce bio-mass fuel costs greatly by increasing in production.
