加装低压省煤器是火电厂节能减排的重要措施之一。以北方某电厂55 MW供热机组为对象,利用等效热降法和热平衡理论,分别对新型板壳式低压省煤器和传统管翅式低压省煤器的传热性能进行比对分析和节能评估。计算结果表明,在传输压降和换热量基本相同的条件下,与管翅式低压省煤器相比,新型板壳式低压省煤器的换热系数提高了32.9 W/(m2·℃),换热面积降低了865.4 m2,省煤器重量降低了7.7 t。因此,新型板壳式省煤器具有更好的节能效果。

Assembling low pressure economizer is one of the important measures for energy-saving and emission reduction in power plants.Based on equivalent enthalpy drop method and thermal-equilibrium theory,an anal-ysis is made of the 5 5 MW Unit to calculate the energy saving quantity of plate and shell economizer and con-ventional economizer.The results show that plate and shell economizer has better energy saving effect.With the same pressure drop and heat transfer rate,compared with finned tube economizer heat transfer coefficient of plate and shell economizer has increased by 32.9 W/(m2·℃),the heat transfer area has reduced by 865.4 m2 and the weight has reduced by 7 .7 t.
