金湾发电有限公司2台国产600 MW超临界机组投产后,汽轮机凝汽器抽空气联络阀,一直处于开启状态运行,导致高、低压凝汽器汽侧压差一直较小。分析判断为低压凝汽器空气抽出受阻,有传热恶化的现象。经过计算与分析,凝汽器运行优化方案为:每年1~2月份海水温度低于17℃时,执行凝汽器单背压运行方案,避免低压缸排汽温度过低;3~12月份海水温度较高时,关闭凝汽器抽空气联络阀,执行凝汽器双背压运行方案。通过优化凝汽器运行方式,机组节能效果显著。在提高机组运行经济性,获得可观经济效益的同时,减少了二氧化硫等污染物的排放。

Zhuhai jinwan power generation Co.,Ltd.(2)domestic 600 MW supercritical unit,after the production of the condenser pump air contact valve,has been running in an open state,lead to the steam side differential pressure of high and low pressure condenser have been smaller.Analysis for the low pressure condenser air extraction have been hampered,with heat transfer deterioration phenomenon.Through calculation and analysis,the condenser operation optimization solution for:January or february each year,when the seawater temperature is lower than 1 7 ℃ ,execute one back pressure of condenser operation plan,avoid the exhaust temperature of low pressure cylinder too low;be-tween march and december when the seawater is at higher temperature,shut down the pump air contact valve of the condenser ,execute double back pressure operation scheme.By optimizing the condenser operating mode,the energy saving effect is remarkable.To improve the running efficiency,get considerable economic benefit at the same time,al-so reduced emissions of sulfur dioxide and other pollutants.
