燃煤机组掺烧劣质煤,除了增加维护和维修成本外,还会影响锅炉效率、蒸汽参数、辅机电耗等指标。为了定量分析掺烧劣质煤对机组供电煤耗的影响,以12号机组不掺烧(全神木煤)工况为基准,340 g/kWh达标煤耗为标杆,分别比对240、180、120 MW三种工况下掺烧劣质煤的供电煤耗。试验结果为:240 MW电负荷,掺烧劣质煤后供电煤耗上升2.869 g/kWh;180 MW电负荷,掺烧劣质煤后供电煤耗上升3.987 g/kWh;120 MW电负荷,掺烧劣质煤后供电煤耗上升3.769 g/kWh。为此建议:要控制好掺烧大混煤的煤量,可适当掺烧些褐煤等煤种来对冲;要尽量运行高位磨煤机,通过燃烧器摆角和风烟挡板进行调整,抬高再热器出口温度;要综合考虑掺烧大混煤的比例。

Mixed burning inferior coal in coal-fired units will not only increase the cost of maintenance and re-pair,but also affect the indicators for efficiency of the boiler,steam parameters and auxiliary power consump-tion.To quantitative analysis of impact on the power supply coal consumption of working unit when mixed burning inferior coal,choose working condition of No.12 working unit,which didn't burning inferior coal (contains full of Shenmu Coal)and 340 g/kWh for coal consumption as a benchmark,to respectively compared with the power supply coal consumption of mixed burning inferior coal under 240 MW,180 MW,120 MW working conditions.The test result is:when mixed burning inferior coal,power supply coal consumption rose 2.869 g/kWh for 240 MW electrical load.Power supply coal consumption rose 3.987 g/kWh for 180 MW electrical load.Power supply coal consumption rose 3.769 g/kWh for 120 MW electrical load.The suggestions are:Control the quantity of mixed burning inferior coal.Appropriate to mixed burning lignite to hedge,which can specifically reduce the impact of risk after mixed burning inferior coal.Try to run high level coal pulveriz-er,and through adjust of burner angular and specific baffle to raise the outlet temperature of re-heater;Com-prehensive consider of the proportion of mixed burning inferior coal.
