输电线路状态评估工作可为输电线路的检修和维护提供参考依据。基于模糊综合评判法提出了输电线路状态评估模型,建立了包含8个一级指标和31个二级指标的多层次输电线路状态评估指标体系,通过3标度层次分析法分析各指标的权重,采用模糊合成得出输电线路的状态评估结果,制定5级输电线路状态评语集。算例结果表明,基于模糊综合评判法的输电线路状态评估方法是合理和有效的。

The work of transmission line state assessment is providing evidence for its maintenance and repair. Proposed transmission line state assessment model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First, establishing a multi-level transmission line state assessment index system which containing 8 and 3 1 secondary indicators;Then,analyze the index weights by three scaling AHP analysis method;Secondly,calculated the results of transmission line state comprehensive evaluation using the fuzzy synthetic method.Finally,develop a five comment set transmission line status of transmission line state assessment.The results of example show that the method to assess to state of the transmission line based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is reasonable and effective.
