母线差动保护死区问题,通常发生于电网的单母线或双母线接线方式中,而保护死区一旦发生故障,故障电流会冲击和损坏设备,甚至会引发变电站停电。在220 kV 电网的主接线形式下,介绍了第二代和第三代母线差动保护死区问题的解决方案。分析认为,消除保护死区的措施是在断路器两侧配置电流互感器(TA)。对于采用敞开式布置、独立元件构成的一些老式变电站,通过将分段或母联断路器直接更换为封闭式组合式电器(GIS),是一种行之有效的方案。对于无法改造为双侧TA的分段或母联断路器,如果分段或母联断路器一直在运行位置,死区将继续存在,可以通过改变电网运行方式,将单侧TA 的断路器改为分区解列点,或者改为断路器处于热备用状态,以达到消除保护死区的目的。

The dead zone problem of bus-bar differential protection,usually occurs in the grid single bus bar or double bus connection,and once the protection dead zone fault happens,fault current will impact and damage to the device,even cause the station blackout.Under the main wiring forms of the current 220 kV power grid, this paper introduces the solution of second and third generation of bus-bar differential protection dead zone problem.Analysis deems that,the elimination of dead zone protection measures is arranging the current trans-former (TA)on the two sides of the circuit breaker.For some of the old transformer substations which are constituted with open type layout and independent components,by putting a segment or bus coupler circuit breaker replacement for enclosed combined appliances (GIS)directly is an effective solution.For segment or bus coupler circuit breaker that unable to transform for bilateral TA,if the segment or bus coupler circuit breaker has been in running position,dead zones will continue to exist.In this situation,by the change of the network operation mode,the circuit breaker with unilateral TA can be changed into the partition splitting point,or by changing circuit breaker into the hot standby state,to achieve the purpose of eliminating the dead zone protection.
