由于声波在固体介质的传递中会发生衰减和色散,导致了电声脉冲法(PEA)空间电荷测量信号的畸变。在分析PEA空间电荷分布信号基础上,采用高斯函数模拟电极附近的空间电荷分布信号,实现对声波传递过程中的不同频率信号衰减因子的求取,并利用反卷积技术实现对空间电荷分布曲线的恢复。利用该数据处理技术对测量信号进行了恢复,并完成对不同老化时间交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆的绝缘层的空间电荷分布状态的测量。由信号可知:通过信号的恢复,XLPE电缆绝缘体中的空间电荷分布更加明显,并随着老化时间的增加,绝缘体中的缺陷增加,其空间电荷也越来越多。由此证实了可以采用空间电荷分布状态实现对绝缘老化状态的评估。

The reduction and dispersion phenomena are existed in the process of acoustic wave transmission, and make the original space charge distribution signal distortion.Base on analyzing the characters of space charge distribution signal,the space charge distribution signal near the two electrodes is simulated by the Gaussian function,and the reduction factors of different frequencies are obtained.After the test signal is modi-fied by the reduction factors,the original space charge distribution signal is obtained by the deconvolution tech-nology.The space charge distribution signals of different ageing high voltage cables is recovered by this tech-nology,it can be see that the space charge distribution in the insulation become clearer than that of before.The defects in the insulation become more and more with ageing time increasing,the space charge become more and more.Thus it can be seen that the space charge distribution measurement is a good method to judge the insula-tion ageing status.
