It is an urgent need to avoid electromagnetic wire being damaged in the process of stator coil production. Detection methods of coil insulation damage were introduced, and the causes of the damage were analyzed. The measures taken to reduce the insulation damage were put forward respectively. Based on monitoring and improvement measures for the process of stator coil production, the insulation damage of stator coil is effectively avoided, and the quality of the stator winding is improved.
