设计了一种应用于混合动力汽车的新型永磁型双功率流电机。对该电机进行结构尺寸优化,并通过多物理场联合仿真进行控制策略研究。通过计算得到电机初始结构尺寸,利用有限元软件对永磁型双功率流电机参数化建模,并针对该电机主要结构尺寸采用遗传算法全局优化方法进行优化仿真分析,确定最优结构尺寸,比较优化前后的电机性能。利用有限元分析和Simplorer软件构建滞环控制电流跟踪型控制系统及电压空间矢量控制系统,进行场路联合仿真。仿真分析结果验证了电机设计及优化方法的正确性及其控制策略的合理性。

A new permanent-magnet dual power flow motor was designed for HEV. For the new structure motor, optimization and research of control strategies with multiphysical co-simulation were proposed. First, the initial motor structure size was calculated, and parameterized modeling of the new permanent-magnet dual power flow motor was established in finite element software, and the method of genetic algorithm optimization was used to analyze for determining the optimal structure size aimed at the main structure of the motor. The motor performances before and after optimization were compared. Then, the hysteresis control of current tracking control systems and SVPWM were built for field-circuit co-simulation with finite element software and Simplorer. The analysis results show that the motor design and optimization methods are correct, and the control strategy is rational.
