目的：报告2例外周 T细胞淋巴瘤-非特指型（peripheral T lymphocytes unspecified，PTCL-U）患者的临床、实验室指标及诊治和预后，以提高对该类疾病的认识。方法对2例PTCL-U患者的病例资料进行分析，并结合国内外相关文献进行复习。结果 PTCL-U临床特点为发热、淋巴结肿大，易侵犯肝、脾、骨髓、皮肤等结外部位和并发噬血细胞综合征。病情进展快，对化疗不敏感，2例均死亡。结论 PTCL-U恶性程度高，进展快，侵袭性强，预后极差，需提高对该病的识别，以期早期诊断和积极治疗。
목적：보고2예외주 T세포림파류-비특지형（peripheral T lymphocytes unspecified，PTCL-U）환자적림상、실험실지표급진치화예후，이제고대해류질병적인식。방법대2례PTCL-U환자적병례자료진행분석，병결합국내외상관문헌진행복습。결과 PTCL-U림상특점위발열、림파결종대，역침범간、비、골수、피부등결외부위화병발서혈세포종합정。병정진전쾌，대화료불민감，2례균사망。결론 PTCL-U악성정도고，진전쾌，침습성강，예후겁차，수제고대해병적식별，이기조기진단화적겁치료。
Objective To report the clinical manifestations,laboratory parameters,treatment and prognosis of 2 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma unspecified(PTLC-U),and to improve our understanding of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 2 cases of PTLC-U were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results PTLC-U was characterized by fever and lymphade-nectasis,and easily invaded the liver,spleen,bone marrow,skin and other extranodal sites.Fur-thermore,PTLC-U tended to be accompanied by hemophagocytic syndrome.These two patients had died due to fast disease progression and low chemotherapy sensitivity.Conclusion PTLC-U is associated with high grade malignancy,fast progression,high invasive potential and poor prog-nosis.Therefore,the identification of PTLC-U should be improved for the early diagnosis and ac-tive treatment of the disease.
