目的:探讨脑苷肌肽注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法将86例HIE新生儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。对照组和治疗组在“三支持、三对症”治疗的基础上分别给予胞二磷胆碱125 mg、脑苷肌肽注射液2 mL,均为静脉滴注,1次·d-1,10~14 d 为1个疗程。观察2组患儿的疗效(疗效判定指标包括原始反射、意识障碍、肌张力恢复时间及惊厥消失时间),比较治疗前后新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)。结果治疗组总有效率(95.3%)高于对照组(72.1%)(P<0.05)。2组治疗前 NBNA 评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组 NBNA评分[(36.15±2.24)分]高于对照组[(34.28±2.79)分](P<0.01)。结论在常规综合治疗的基础上应用脑苷肌肽注射液治疗 HIE的疗效优于胞二磷胆碱。

목적:탐토뇌감기태주사액치료신생인결양결혈성뇌병(HIE)적료효。방법장86례HIE신생인안수궤수자표법분위대조조화치료조,매조43례。대조조화치료조재“삼지지、삼대증”치료적기출상분별급여포이린담감125 mg、뇌감기태주사액2 mL,균위정맥적주,1차·d-1,10~14 d 위1개료정。관찰2조환인적료효(료효판정지표포괄원시반사、의식장애、기장력회복시간급량궐소실시간),비교치료전후신생인신경행위평분(NBNA)。결과치료조총유효솔(95.3%)고우대조조(72.1%)(P<0.05)。2조치료전 NBNA 평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);치료후치료조 NBNA평분[(36.15±2.24)분]고우대조조[(34.28±2.79)분](P<0.01)。결론재상규종합치료적기출상응용뇌감기태주사액치료 HIE적료효우우포이린담감。
Objective To explore the curative effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Eighty-six neonates with HIE were randomly assigned to intravenously receive either citicoline 125 mg once daily(control group,n=43)or cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection 2 mL once daily(treatment group,n=43)for 10-14 days as a course of treatment based on the “three supports and three symptomatic treatments”.Clinical manifestations (primitive reflexes,conscious disturbance,time to muscle tone recovery,and time to convulsions disappearance)and neonatal behavioral neuro-logical assessment(NBNA)scores were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (9 5 .3% vs 72.1%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NBNA scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,NBNA scores in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group[(36.15±2.24)vs (34.28±2.79),P<0.01)].Conclusion Cattle enceph-alon glycoside and ignotin injection is superior to citicoline for treating HIE based on conventional comprehensive treatment.
