This paper is to study the“Road Transport,Rail Transport,Water Transport”study tour during the pilot implementation of the initial results obtained,the analysis system bottlenecks still exist,the Commonwealth of motivation, insufficient execution,pattern defects and other issues,and propose targeted seek policy breakthrough,resolved to develop and improve various systems,such as the process of organizing a good job coping strategies.
