High count of heterotrophic bacteria in re-using reclaimed water, can cause that count of aerobic heterotrophic bacteria is exceeded standard in fertilizer circulating water system. Heterotrophic bacteria content is not easy to be controlled. It can reduce the risk of exceeding standard of heterotrophic bacteria that reclaimed water is sterilized in front of the fertilizer recirculating water system .While it can reduce the pressure of downstream of the production plant circulating water system routine sterilization process.
