稀土是衡量茶叶安全质量的重要指标之一。结合微波消解和ICPMS检测技术,开发一种测试不同类别茶叶中稀土元素的检测方法。结果表明, ICPMS测定稀土元素的方法检出限为0.3~18.3 ng/L,在所测定的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9993;不同类别茶叶添加试验,回收率分别为乌龙茶92.4%~104.5%,红茶80.1%~92.5%,白茶83.4%~99.4%,绿茶97.6%~105.6%,岩茶84.1%~98.9%,黑茶81.9%~115.7%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~9.2%。该方法准确度高,操作简单,是检测不同类别茶叶中稀土含量的有效方法。

Rare earth is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of tea. One method based on microwave digestion and ICP-MS is developed to determine 16 rare earths in different type tea by ICP-MS. The results indicate that the linear relations and the correlations exits of 16 rare earth are well, respectively. As showed that the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 3, the lowest detection limits is from 0.3 to 18.3 ng/L. The ranged of recoveries is 92.4%~104.5% in oolong tea, 80.1%~92.5% in black tea, 83.4%~99.4% in white tea, 97.6%~105.6% in green tea, 84.1%~98.9% in rock tea, 81.9%~115.7% in dark tea, and the RSD is from 0.4% to 9.2%. The results suggest that this method is precise and simple for determining rare earths in different type tea.
