食品安全学是一门综合性的课程，其学习效果直接影响到食品专业学生培养的质量，但是其授课难度大，授课效果很难达到预期效果。分析总结目前食品安全学教学中普遍存在的问题，结合教学经验，就提高食品安全学教学质量提出一些设想。

Food security is a comprehensive course which influenced on the study of the quality of students of the specialty directly. But it is difficult to teaching and the effect is poor. The problems exiting in food security teaching are analyzed and summarized. And in combination with the author's teaching experiences, some understandings are provided for the improve ment in the quality of food security teaching.
