冷藏运输装备技术研究与发展水平滞后,已成为我国易腐食品流通腐损率居高不下的重要因素,加快开展冷藏运输装备技术的研究,有利于这一问题的解决。本文通过对冷藏运输装备的厢体隔热材料与制造工艺、制冷系统、厢内气流组织与温变特性、空气调节、厢体热工性能、能耗等国内外研究现状综述。指出了未来易腐食品冷藏运输装备技术的重点研究发展方向。
