对不同冷却水流量下特定矩形槽阀座的换热性能进行理论分析和试验研究,对比理论值与试验值,确定误差在5%范围内,并设计出7种槽道尺寸和5种冷却水流量,进一步分析槽道尺寸及流量对阀座换热性能的影响,并确定最佳换热性能时冷却水流量与槽道尺寸的关系。
對不同冷卻水流量下特定矩形槽閥座的換熱性能進行理論分析和試驗研究,對比理論值與試驗值,確定誤差在5%範圍內,併設計齣7種槽道呎吋和5種冷卻水流量,進一步分析槽道呎吋及流量對閥座換熱性能的影響,併確定最佳換熱性能時冷卻水流量與槽道呎吋的關繫。

The heat transfer of different cooling water flow of specific rectangular groove seat was analyzed by theory and studied by experiment,and the theoretical value and experimental value were contrasted to determine the error within the range of 5%. Then 7 kinds of groove size and 5 kinds of cooling water flow was designed to analyze the influence of the size and flow on heat transfer performance,and the relationship of flow and size when heat transfer performance is optimal was determined.
