目的：探讨肿瘤科5-HT3受体拮抗剂用药医嘱存在的问题及临床药师在肿瘤科止吐药合理使用中的作用。方法分析我院住院患者5-HT3受体拮抗剂的使用情况、存在问题并对其合理性使用进行点评分析。结果经临床药师点评干预后,5-HT3受体拮抗剂合理率较干预前提高了64．44%。结论通过临床药师对抗肿瘤辅助药物合理使用进行“实时干预”,可规范医生处方行为,提高用药合理率。
목적：탐토종류과5-HT3수체길항제용약의촉존재적문제급림상약사재종류과지토약합리사용중적작용。방법분석아원주원환자5-HT3수체길항제적사용정황、존재문제병대기합이성사용진행점평분석。결과경림상약사점평간예후,5-HT3수체길항제합리솔교간예전제고료64．44%。결론통과림상약사대항종류보조약물합리사용진행“실시간예”,가규범의생처방행위,제고용약합리솔。
Objective To probe into the existing problems in 5-HT3 receptor antagonist use by analyzing drug use of doctor′s orders and to explore the roles of clinical pharmacists in the rational use of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. Methods The patients of drug use and problems of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist in our hospital were analyzed,and clini-cal pharmacist′s intervention on the rationality of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist were summarized. Results After clinical pharmacists intervention,the utilization ratio of 5-HT3 receptor antagonist increased by 64. 44% compared with before intervention. Conclusion Reviewing drug use of doctor′s orders by clinical pharmacist could find unreasonable drug use real-time intervention and it could improve drug reasonable in clinical practice.
