对Nd ∶YAG激光回馈干涉仪的稳频进行了研究。分析了温度和泵浦功率对全内腔Nd ∶YAG微片频率的影响及频率变化对仪器测量误差的影响。通过设计合理的结构并采用温控的方法来实现稳频的目标,实验中对温度、频率、输出功率的关系进行了实验分析,并对装置和系统进行了优化。稳频效果明显减小了仪器的测量误差,改善了仪器的工作性能,可以满足高精度的测量要求。

The frequency stabilization of Nd ∶YAG laser feedback interferometer is studied.The effect of temperature and pump power on total internal cavity Nd ∶YAG microchip laser frequency is discussed,and the effect of frequency change of laser feedback interferometer on measuring error is analyzed.To achieve the goal of frequency stabilization, the methods of designing reasonable structure and controlling temperature are adopted.In the experiments,the relation-ship of temperature,frequency and output power is analyzed,and the device and the system are optimized.The result of frequency stabilization reduces the measuring error obviously,and the performance of instrument is improved,it can meet the requirements of high precision measurement.
