以宁夏枸杞为研究对象,经氯仿-甲醇脱脂、水提醇沉、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚洗涤干燥、双氧水脱色、savage法除蛋白后可得宁夏枸杞多糖;高效液相色谱测定枸杞多糖分子量范围为:73950-138090Da;离子色谱法测定宁夏枸杞多糖中单糖以葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、木糖和甘露糖为主,其中含量较多的是葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和半乳糖,其他单糖含量较低。
以寧夏枸杞為研究對象,經氯倣-甲醇脫脂、水提醇沉、乙醇、丙酮和乙醚洗滌榦燥、雙氧水脫色、savage法除蛋白後可得寧夏枸杞多糖;高效液相色譜測定枸杞多糖分子量範圍為:73950-138090Da;離子色譜法測定寧夏枸杞多糖中單糖以葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、木糖和甘露糖為主,其中含量較多的是葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖和半乳糖,其他單糖含量較低。
이저하구기위연구대상,경록방-갑순탈지、수제순침、을순、병동화을미세조간조、쌍양수탈색、savage법제단백후가득저하구기다당;고효액상색보측정구기다당분자량범위위:73950-138090Da;리자색보법측정저하구기다당중단당이포도당、아랍백당、서리당、반유당、목당화감로당위주,기중함량교다적시포도당、아랍백당화반유당,기타단당함량교저。
Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) were obtained after Lycium bar-barum, the study object, went through chloroform-methanol degreasing, water ex-traction and alcohol precipitation, acetone and ether wash and dry, hydrogen perox-ide bleaching, deproteinization by savage method. Determined LBP molecular weight by HPLC was 73950-138090Da. And the monosaccharides in LBP determined by IC mainly included glucose, arabinose, rhamnose, galactose, xylose and mannose, in which glucose, arabinose and galactose had larger contents, while the contents of other monosaccharides were low.
