北虫草在药用价值、营养成分、微量元素含量等方面可与野生的冬虫夏草相媲美,因而吸引很多的科研工作者对栽培方法进行探究。本文就搔菌一环节对北虫草生长做了认真细致的试验,得出如下结论:搔菌可以更好的促进菌丝转色,缩短出草周期,并且可以有效的防止“边草”和“不出草”现象的发生,使虫草子实体生长的更加茂密、整齐。
北蟲草在藥用價值、營養成分、微量元素含量等方麵可與野生的鼕蟲夏草相媲美,因而吸引很多的科研工作者對栽培方法進行探究。本文就搔菌一環節對北蟲草生長做瞭認真細緻的試驗,得齣如下結論:搔菌可以更好的促進菌絲轉色,縮短齣草週期,併且可以有效的防止“邊草”和“不齣草”現象的髮生,使蟲草子實體生長的更加茂密、整齊。
북충초재약용개치、영양성분、미량원소함량등방면가여야생적동충하초상비미,인이흡인흔다적과연공작자대재배방법진행탐구。본문취소균일배절대북충초생장주료인진세치적시험,득출여하결론:소균가이경호적촉진균사전색,축단출초주기,병차가이유효적방지“변초”화“불출초”현상적발생,사충초자실체생장적경가무밀、정제。
Objective North Cordyceps is as valuable as the wild Cordyceps nensis on medicinal value, nutrients, and trace element contents, which attracts lots of re-searchers to explore the cultivation method. In order to master the best way to in-crease output, an experiment was conducted [Methods] To conclude the result, 100 boxes were chosen, of which 50 boxes were treated with fungi-scratching in the same condition, based on comparisons of color changing and fruit body. [Results] The stroma have consistent length in good order ,but there is 1 box of scratching happened infections after operating. [Conclusion] Scratching can promote mycelium turning color better, shorter the cycle of fruiting, and prevent the phenomenon of "aside grass" and "no grass" effectively,al of this can make the North Cordyceps grow more dense and neatly.
