目的：评价完成修复1～6年的240个纯钛烤瓷冠和260个镍铬烤瓷冠的远期临床效果，为临床制作提供参考依据。方法对完成修复1～6年的240个纯钛烤瓷冠和260个镍铬烤瓷冠进行复查，按照修复体完整度、边缘染色、边缘适合性、继发龋及牙龈指数5项指标进行评估。结果纯钛烤瓷冠1～6年成功率分别为99.17％、97.9％、96.14％、95.54％、94.39％、92.08％。镍铬烤瓷冠的1～6年成功率分别为98.85％、96.89％、95.98％、93.72％、91.62％、84.24％。结论纯钛烤瓷修复技术的远期临床效果良好。
目的：評價完成脩複1～6年的240箇純鈦烤瓷冠和260箇鎳鉻烤瓷冠的遠期臨床效果，為臨床製作提供參攷依據。方法對完成脩複1～6年的240箇純鈦烤瓷冠和260箇鎳鉻烤瓷冠進行複查，按照脩複體完整度、邊緣染色、邊緣適閤性、繼髮齲及牙齦指數5項指標進行評估。結果純鈦烤瓷冠1～6年成功率分彆為99.17％、97.9％、96.14％、95.54％、94.39％、92.08％。鎳鉻烤瓷冠的1～6年成功率分彆為98.85％、96.89％、95.98％、93.72％、91.62％、84.24％。結論純鈦烤瓷脩複技術的遠期臨床效果良好。
목적：평개완성수복1～6년적240개순태고자관화260개얼락고자관적원기림상효과，위림상제작제공삼고의거。방법대완성수복1～6년적240개순태고자관화260개얼락고자관진행복사，안조수복체완정도、변연염색、변연괄합성、계발우급아간지수5항지표진행평고。결과순태고자관1～6년성공솔분별위99.17％、97.9％、96.14％、95.54％、94.39％、92.08％。얼락고자관적1～6년성공솔분별위98.85％、96.89％、95.98％、93.72％、91.62％、84.24％。결론순태고자수복기술적원기림상효과량호。
Objective Evaluation of 1~6 years to complete the repair 240 titanium porcelain crowns and 260 Ni-Cr porcelain crowns long -term clinical effects , providing reference for clinical production.Methods 1~6 years to com-plete the restoration on 240 titanium porcelain crowns and 260 Ni-Cr porcelain crowns for review , complete restoration according to the degree of edge staining , marginal adaptation , secondary caries and gingival index five indicators to as-sess.Results Titanium porcelain crowns 1 ~6 harvest power was 99.17%、97.9%、96.14%、95.54%、94.39%、92.08%.Ni-Cr porcelain crowns 1-6 harvest power was 98.85%、96.89%、95.98%、93.72%、91.62%、84.24%.Conclusions Titanium porcelain restoration techniques good long -term clinical effects.
